Boston Building & Bridge provided construction management services for this project.The property is one of Nantucket’s rarest commodities - a waterfront townhouse development within walking distance to the Historic District of Nantucket Town. Comprised of three distinctive buildings, each with its own flavor, the cottages are beautifully detailed with natural gray cedar shingles, brick walkways and wooden decks.

 

Each of the eight residences contains two bedrooms, two and one-half baths, a gracious living room with brick fireplace, heart pine cabinetry, slate kitchen countertops and many state of the art amenities. Belgium brick cobbles flank the entrance area and the entire complex was designed and constructed in accordance with the Nantucket Historic Commission guidelines for architectural aptness.
