Scope of Work

This project involved the construction of a luxury condominium complex including 36 condominiums, tennis courts, and a pool facility located on the island of Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts. This project resulted in a newly developed parcel of land complete with new roads, utilities, and a boardwalk to a private beach.

 

The sophisticated and upscale design of the complex was unique for its time. The plans called for 12 distinct "three-unit" structures with attached garages to be built in the style of a typical island mansion and offering complete privacy for each residence. Boston Building & Bridge Corp. served as both construction manager and general contractor for the owner. This partnering effort offered the owner the comfort and convenience needed to successfully complete the project on time and within budget. Today, Tashmoo Wood is heralded as a premiere property on Martha's Vineyard.
